Elvex SA is committed to fast and reliable delivery nationwide. Below is a summary of our shipping practices.
- Delivery Areas
We deliver anywhere within South Africa using trusted courier partners. - Delivery Timeframes
• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days depending on location
• Outlying areas may take longer
• Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next business day - Shipping Fees
We have a standard delivery fee of R150.00 per shipment. Please note that if the order is above 10kg – we will have to quote you according to the courier that is used. We are only shipping in South Africa. For over-the-border or overseas orders, please arrange your own courier to collect from our warehouse.
Free delivery promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once the order has been dispatched. - Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive delivery, additional courier fees may apply. - Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.
