Thank you for shopping with Elvex SA. We aim to provide high-quality products and trustworthy service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than willing to assist.
- Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are processed via electronic bank transfer. Please note that we would need a bank letter to confirm the banking details. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. - Exchanges
If you require a different product or replacement, please contact us and we will assist with an exchange where applicable. - Return Delivery Costs
Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective product. - Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
